ngredients:
2 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup pea microgreens
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and pea microgreens.
Add the sliced almonds and crumbled feta cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
